Initiating a Return

Responsibility for Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, insurance, and handling.
Condition of Return: Credits will be issued once we receive the product in an acceptable condition. Please note that used items are not eligible for return.
Timeframe for Claims: If you receive an incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged goods, please notify us within fifteen (15) working days of receiving the products.
Exclusions: Custom products are exempt from the return or exchange process under any circumstances.
Acceptance Criteria: To be eligible for an exchange or credit, the product must be returned in a sellable condition and in its original sealed packaging.
Restocking Fee Schedule
In cases where the return is not due to defects or damage, a restocking fee will be applied. Here's how the restocking fee schedule works:
- 20% restocking fee for items returned within 15 days.
- 30% restocking fee for items returned between 15-45 days.
- No credit will be issued for returns made after 45 days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.
